Our cattle are born & raised on our farm and graze in our pastures. They are never given growth hormones or antibiotic treated feed. Most of our beef is Limousin, Angus, or Lim-flex, which is a Limousin-Angus cross. Angus beef is known for its marbling while Limousin beef is a more muscular meat. Lim-flex beef offers a product with just enough marbling to provide a wonderful flavor. We offer our beef for sale in quarters, halves or wholes and by the piece. We use a local, federally-inspected facility to process our meat. The finished product will come to you vacuum packed.
