Our cattle are born & raised on our farm and graze in our pastures. They are never given growth hormones or antibiotic treated feed. Most of our beef is Limousin, Angus, or Lim-flex, which is a Limousin-Angus cross. Angus beef is known for its marbling while Limousin beef is a more muscular meat. Lim-flex beef offers a product with just enough marbling to provide a wonderful flavor.

We offer our beef for sale in quarters, halves or wholes and by the piece. We use a local, federally-inspected facility to process our meat. The finished product will come to you vacuum packed. When you order our beef, we will be happy to communicate your cut requests to the processor.
